We would like to make clear right up front that we are not here to fight or overthrow any nation, corporation or state. We are assembling in peace as the micro-nation called Commonwealth of Ysra’el spoken of in Ephesians 2:12, 19. Because we can never be accepted into the corporate Nation of Israel with out giving up our life under Yahuah, we are organizing into the Commonwealth of Ysra’el with living beings whose flesh lives and their blood flows that are obedient to Yah and His Torah.
If you are a follower of Yah and His truth in the Torah, then you will have already noticed that you have a difficult time living in residence (thing identified) in the United States or any other corporate nation on earth, since you are constantly having to make contracts with the nations or states around you, such as with the state - driver’s license, certificates of title for vehicles, homes, land, signing your children into slavery (i.e. birth certificates), etc., and IRS contracts that are not required if you don’t work for the federal or state governments. We are commanded not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers or make covenants with other nations.
“And the people said to Shemu’el, “Look, you are old, and your sons do not walk in your ways. Now appoint for us a sovereign to rule us like all the nations.” But the word was evil in the eyes of Shemu’ĕl when they said, “Give us a sovereign to rule us.” So Shemu’ĕl prayed to יהוה.
And יהוה said to Shemu’ĕl, “Listen to the voice of the people in all that they say to you, for they have not rejected you, but they have rejected Me from reigning over them.” 1Samuel 8:5-7
Hos 13:9-15 “You have destroyed yourself, O Yisra’ĕl, but your help is in Me.
10 “Where is your sovereign now to save you in all your cities, and your rulers of whom you said, ‘Give me a sovereign and rulers’?
11 “I gave you a sovereign in My displeasure, but I took him away in My wrath.
12 “The crookedness of Ephrayim is bound up, his sin is hidden.
13 “Pains of a woman in labor shall come upon him. He is not a wise son, for it is not the time that he should delay at the breaking forth of children.
14 “From the power of the grave I ransom them, from death I redeem them. Where is your plague, O Death? Where is your destruction, O Grave? Repentance is hidden from My eyes.
15 “Though he bears fruit among his brothers, an east wind comes, a wind from יהוה comes up from the wilderness, and it dries up his fountain, and his spring becomes dry – it plunders a treasure of all desirable objects."
Yahuah told us,“You shall make no covenant with them, nor with their Elohims. 33They shall not dwell in your land, lest they make you sin against Me. For if you serve their Elohims, it will surely be a snare to you.” Exodus 23:32
Part of the reason Yah said not to make covenant with them is that today they are what Yahusha called “dead”. Almost all countries, states, counties, and cities are corporations (legal fictions-lawless dead things) and we are living full-of-life beings. Dead things cannot contract with living beings unless they make you into a dead thing also. And if you touched that dead thing, you would become unclean.* I’m sure none of you want to do that. *Numbers_19:11, ‘He who touches the dead of any human being is unclean for seven days.’
We are also commanded not to become surety for anyone and by all the above contracts you make, you become surety for the dead legal fiction government.
“He who is guarantor for a stranger suffers harm, But one who hates shaking hands in pledge is safe.” Proverbs 11:15
“And now, if you diligently obey My voice, and shall guard My covenant, then you shall be My treasured possession above all the peoples – for all the earth is Mine – ‘and you shall be to Me a kingdom of priests and a set-apart nation.’” Exodus 19:5-6 Yahusha didn't come to make a religion , he came to make a Nation.
“I led you up from Egypt and brought you to the land of which I swore to your fathers; and I said, ‘I will never break My covenant with you. 2And you shall make no covenant with the inhabitants of this land [H776 ארץ 'erets, eh'-rets] you shall tear down their altars.’ But you have not obeyed My voice. Why have you done this? 3Therefore I also said, ‘I will not drive them out before you; but they shall be thorns in your side, and their Elohims shall be a snare to you.’” Judges 2:1-3
The word ‘covenant’ means:
H1285, בּרית berı̂yth, ber-eeth'
From H1262 (in the sense of cutting (like H1254)); a compact (made
by passing between pieces of flesh (with a corporation, there is no living flesh)):—confederacy, [con-]feder[-ate], covenant,
league.
H1262 בּרד bârôd, baw-rode'
A primitive root; to select; also (as denominative from H1250) to feed; also (as equivalent to H1305) to render clear (Ecclesiastes 3:18):—choose, (cause to) eat, manifest, (give) meat.
“Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what association has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has light with darkness? 15And what accord has Messiah with Belial? Or what part has a believer with an unbeliever? 16And what agreement has the temple of Yahuah with idols? For you are the temple of the living Elohim. As Yahuah has said:
“I will dwell in them
And walk among them.
I will be their Elohim,
And they shall be My people.”
17Therefore
“Come out from among them
And be separate, says Yahuah.
Do not touch what is unclean (the dead),
And I will receive you.”
18 “I will be a Father to you,
And you shall be My sons and daughters,
Says Yahuah Almighty.” II Corinthians 6:14-18
Revelation 18:4-8, “And I heard another voice from heaven saying, “Come out of her, my people, lest you share in her sins, and lest you receive of her plagues. 5For her sins have reached to heaven, and Yahuah has remembered her iniquities. 6Render to her just as she rendered to you, and repay her double according to her works; in the cup which she has mixed, mix double for her. 7In the measure that she glorified herself and lived luxuriously, in the same measure give her torment and sorrow; for she says in her heart, ‘I sit as queen, and am no widow, and will not see sorrow.’ 8Therefore her plagues will come in one day—death and mourning and famine. And she will be utterly burned with fire, for strong is Yahuah Elohim who judges her.” Revelation 18:4-8
Hosea 1:11, “And the children of Yehuḏah and the children of Ysra’ĕl shall be gathered together, and appoint for themselves one head, and shall come up out of the earth, for great is the day of Yzreʽĕl!”
The children of the lost ten tribes of Ysra’el (Yoseph) must be a nation, gathered as one with Yahudah, in order for the following scripture to be accomplished. The two nations, Yoseph and Yahudah, the two sticks will become one kingdom with one King (יהושע) over them both.
Ezekiel 37:12-28, “Behold, O My people, I will open your graves and cause you to come up from your graves, and bring you into the land of Ysra’el. 13Then you shall know that I am Yahuah, when I have opened your graves, O My people, and brought you up from your graves. 14I will put My Spirit in you, and you shall live, and I will place you in your own land. Then you shall know that I, Yahuah, have spoken it and performed it,” says Yahuah.’” 15Again the word of Yahuah came to me, saying, 16“As for you, son of man, take a stick for yourself and write on it: ‘For Yahudah and for the children of Ysra’el, his companions.’ Then take another stick and write on it, ‘For Yoseph, the stick of Ephraim, and for all the house of Ysra’el, his companions.’ 17Then join them one to another for yourself into one stick, and they will become one in your hand. 18“And when the children of your people speak to you, saying, ‘Will you not show us what you mean by these?’—19say to them, ‘Thus says Yahuah ELOHIM: “Surely I will take the stick of Yoseph, which is in the hand of Ephraim, and the tribes of Ysra’el, his companions; and I will join them with it, with the stick of Yahudah, and make them one stick, and they will be one in My hand.”’ 20And the sticks on which you write will be in your hand before their eyes. 21“Then say to them, ‘Thus says Yahuah Elohim: “Surely I will take the children of Ysra’el from among the nations, wherever they have gone, and will gather them from every side and bring them into their own land 22and I will make them one nation in the land, on the mountains of Ysra’el; and one king shall be king over them all; they shall no longer be two nations, nor shall they ever be divided into two kingdoms again. 23They shall not defile themselves anymore with their idols, nor with their detestable things, nor with any of their transgressions; but I will deliver them from all their dwelling places in which they have sinned, and will cleanse them. Then they shall be My people, and I will be their Elohim. 24“David My servant shall be king over them, and they shall all have one shepherd; they shall also walk in My judgments and observe My statutes, and do them. 25Then they shall dwell in the land that I have given to Jacob My servant, where your fathers dwelt; and they shall dwell there, they, their children, and their children’s children, forever; and My servant David shall be their prince forever. 26Moreover I will make a covenant of peace with them, and it shall be an everlasting covenant with them; I will establish them and multiply them, and I will set My sanctuary in their midst forevermore. 27My tabernacle also shall be with them; indeed I will be their Elohim, and they shall be My people. 28The nations also will know that I, Yahuah, sanctify Ysra’el, when My sanctuary is in their midst forevermore.”’” Ezekiel 37:12-28
The word for gather in verse 21 is: H6908 קבץ qâbats kaw-bats'
A primitive root; to grasp, that is, collect: - assemble (selves), gather (bring) (together, selves together, up), heap, resort, X surely, take up.
This is I believe referring to Ysra’el gathering as a nation without land and then gaining the land according to the next sentence in Ezekiel as follows.
And bring us gathered into the ‘land’ in verse 22, which is:
H776 ארץ 'erets, eh'-rets From an unused root probably meaning to be firm; the earth (at large, or partitively a land):— X common, country, earth, field, ground, land, X nations, way, + wilderness, world.
This could be land in Ysra’el or it could be here. Yahuah will need to provide for us in this. I do not believe this is talking about the Corporate nation of Israel that we see in the Middle East. They do not fit the description of not defiling themselves with their detestable things and all their transgressions. Nor are they on the MOUNTAINS OF YSRA’EL dwelling around the Tabernacle of Yah.
Yahuah is doing a new thing in the land. It has not happened since times of old that the children of Ysra’el, in particular the lost 10 tribes, themselves became a nation within a nation (micro-nation). But now it is happening.
“Thus says Yahuah, who makes a way in the sea
And a path through the mighty waters,
17 Who brings forth the chariot and horse,
The army and the power
(They shall lie down together, they shall not rise;
They are extinguished, they are quenched like a wick):
18 “Do not remember the former things,
Nor consider the things of old.
19 Behold, I will do a new thing,
Now it shall spring forth;
Shall you not know it?
I will even make a road in the wilderness
And rivers in the desert.
Isaiah 43:16-19
21 “Set up signposts,
Make landmarks;
Set your heart toward the highway,
The way in which you went.
Turn back, O virgin of Ysra’el,
Turn back to these your cities.
22 How long will you gad about,
O you backsliding daughter?
For Yahuah has created a new thing in the earth—
A woman shall encompass a man.”
23Thus says Yahuah of hosts, the Elohim of Ysra’el: “They shall again use this speech in the land of Yahudah and in its cities, when I bring back their captivity: ‘Yahuah bless you, O home of justice, and mountain of set apartness!’ 24And there shall dwell in Yahudah itself, and in all its cities together, farmers and those going out with flocks. 25For I have satiated the weary soul, and I have replenished every sorrowful soul.” Jeremiah 31:21-25
The Nation of Ysra’el at the time of Yahusha rejected the Kingdom of Yah so Yahusha prophesied to them:
“Therefore I say to you, the kingdom of Yahuah will be taken from you and given to a nation bearing the fruits of it.” Matthew 21:43
“Now learn this parable from the fig tree: When its branch has already become tender and puts forth leaves, you know that summer is near. 33So you also, when you see all these things, know that it is near—at the doors! 34Assuredly, I say to you, this generation will by no means pass away till all these things take place.” Matthew 24:32-35
So now Yahuah is raising up a new (lawful) body of living beings to become a micro-Nation within a Nation that will obey Yahuah and His Torah. This is what the Commonwealth of Ysra’el is. Even our calendar is different because of the following scripture:
“And in all that I have said to you, be circumspect and make no mention of the name of other Elohims, nor let it be heard from your mouth.” Exodus 23:13
The Gregorian calendar days of the week and the months of the year are all named after other gods. We are not to speak of them or let their names pass from our mouths, so how can we live in this present commercial world and do what they do?
“Oh, that the salvation of Ysra’el would come out of Zion!
When Yahuah brings back the captivity of His people,
Let Jacob rejoice and Ysra’el be glad.” Psalm 14:7 & 53:6
H6726 ציּון tsı̂yôn tsee-yone 'The same (regular) as H6725; Tsijon (as a permanent capital), a mountain of Jerusalem:—Zion.
H6725 ציוּן tsı̂yûn tsee-yoon' From the same as H6723 in the sense of conspicuousness (compare H5329); a monumental or guiding pillar:—sign, title, waymark.
H6723 ציּה tsı̂yâh tsee-yaw' From an unused root meaning to parch; aridity; concretely a desert:—barren, drought, dry (land, place), solitary place, wilderness.
We are to be a separate people from the people of the nations. Some would say we are being elitist. Yes, that is what we are, because we are the people of Yahuah who do His commands. We are to be a Nation that does not belong to the other Nations. (El-ites)
“For from the top of the rocks I see him, and from the hills I observe him. Look, a people dwelling alone, not reckoning itself among the nations.” Numbers 23:9 That's supposed to be US!
“Then he said to Him, “If Your Presence does not go with us, do not bring us up from here. 16For how then will it be known that Your people and I have found grace in Your sight, except You go with us? So we shall be separate, Your people and I, from all the people who are upon the face of the earth.” 17So Yahuah said to Moses, “I will also do this thing that you have spoken; for you have found grace in My sight, and I know you by name.” Exodus 33:15-17
“For I am Yahuah who brings you up out of the land of Egypt, to be your Elohim. You shall therefore be set apart, for I am set apart.” Leviticus 11:45
“Again Yahuah spoke to Moses, saying, 38“Speak to the children of Ysra’el: Tell them to make tassels on the corners of their garments throughout their generations, and to put a blue thread in the tassels of the corners. 39And you shall have the tassel, that you may look upon it and remember all the commandments of Yahuaha and do them, and that you may not follow after your own heart and your own eyes, 40and that you may remember and do all My commandments, and be set apart for your Elohim. 41I am Yahuah your Elohim, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your Elohim: I am Yahuah your Elohim.” Numbers 15:37-41
“…Messiah also loved the assembly and gave Himself for her, 26 that He might sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word, 27 that He might present her to Himself a glorious assembly, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be set apart and without blemish.” Ephesians 5:25b-27
“Therefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and rest your hope fully upon the grace that is to be brought to you at the revelation of Yahuah the Messiah; 14as obedient children, not conforming yourselves to the former lusts, as in your ignorance; 15but as He who called you is set apart, you also be set apart in all your conduct, 16because it is written, “Be set apart, for I am set apart.” I Peter 1:13-16
“He who is unjust, let him be unjust still; he who is filthy, let him be filthy still; he who is righteous, let him be righteous still; he who is set apart, let him be set apart still.” Revelation 22:11
Therefore, we see that we are to be called out of the dead corporate nations around us. So let us form one living Nation Under Yah where righteousness dwells. We still must come into the land Yah has called us to but in the meantime, we will be recognized as the People of Yah, not of man.
We will not all have the same minute beliefs but we will be united in our endeavor to be His people growing together and working together in grace and mercy. So if you belong to Yah and His son Yahusha and follow His Commands, come study to learn to do with us.

The Commonwealth of Ysra’el is a body of living beings whose flesh lives and their blood flows who will acquire protection by obedience to the Founder’s (Yahuah) ways according to Volume 49, Chapter 4 §3 (Ephesians 4); Volume 19, Chapter 34, §22 (Psalms 34:22); Chapter 46, §7 (Psalms 46:7); Volume 23, Chapter 54, §14-15,17 (Isaiah 54:14-15,17) and when there is a problem we follow Volume 40, Chapter 18, §15-19 (Matthew 18:15-19). By entering into the Commonwealth of Ysra’el you will declare its Founder (Yahuah) as your King. You will sign a declaration that states that you as a living being obey the Books of the Covenant Law passed down to Ysra’el as your ultimate and final law and if we cannot find remedy in that, we will defer to the Priestly Court of COY. You will be required to go through a naturalization process whereby you will affirm your intention by the affidavit of two or three witnesses to become part of the Commonwealth of Ysra’el. You shall also affirm by affidavit that you have dwelt and will continue to dwell faithfully in Yahusha in the Spirit by the Books of the Covenant Law prior to application to the Commonwealth of Ysra’el. You shall affirm that you will support the Books of the Covenant Law and the Commonwealth of Ysra’el.
You will absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty whatever and particularly by name the prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty whereof you were before a citizen or subject. You must have behaved as a man/woman of a good moral character, attached to the principles of the Books of this Covenant Law, and well-disposed to the good order and righteousness of the same.
When our status changes, often in scripture the patriarch’s names also changed, so we are following the Scriptural example to change our name to reflect our new status under Yahuah and the Commonwealth of Ysra’el. Consequently, you will be asked to change your name to a Hebrew name, preferably one that Yahuah has already given you but also a Tribal (house) name to indicate what tribe you align yourself as we will be divided into those tribes when Yahusha comes back. Books of the Covenant Law, Volume 23 Chapter 44 § 5 (Isaiah 44:5).
