We would like to make clear right up front that we are not here to fight or overthrow any nation, corporation or state. As a good faith effort to show that we are peaceful and not under military marine law, we have put the USA Peace Flag to the right of this explanation. We are separating and assembling as a community of living beings of the Commonwealth of Ysra'el spoken of in our Book of the Covenant Law, Volume 49, Chapter 2 Subsection 12, 19 (Ephesians 2:12, 19). Because we are not accepted onto the Land of Israel at this time, we are organizing into the Commonwealth of Ysra'el as a Nation that is obedient to our King and His Covenental Laws.
If you have taken Yahusha, Yah's son as your Messiah and obey Yahuah's Covenant with us found in Genesis 1- Exodus 20, then you are a King and Priest in your own right to Yah. As such to the rest of the earth, we are His Ambassadors to the Nations. Therefore, if you desire to be a part of the Commonwealth of Ysra'el then you are part of the Assembly on the earth that can sign this Declaration of Ysra'el Independence.

Declaration of Ysra’el Independence
When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Law of Nations, the Laws of Nature and of Nature's Elohim entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
We hold these truths to be self-evident that we as the Children of Ysra’el and those grafted into our tribes are created equal in that we are endowed by our Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Righteousness. — That to secure these rights, the Government of Yahuah has been instituted among Men who derive their just powers from the Books of the Covenant Law, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, or to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety, Righteousness and Serenity.
Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience has shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. — Such has been the patient sufferance of the Children of Ysra’el; and such is now the necessity which constrains us to reject our former Systems of Government. The history of the present Corporate Government Structure is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over this people. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.
The entire form of government has been allowed to be taken over by Corporations (dead legal fictions) who plunder the people. No one has the right to do anything contrary to the law of nature. Thus an offensive alliance made for the purpose of plundering a nation from whom no injury has been received ought to be broken.
The Government created slavery by insidious means of adhesion contracts and vague deceptive contract laws and tax laws that cause unscrupulous men to prey upon the innocent.
Arbitrary Laws and policies have been created that do not allow us to make a living or run our own business without permission and unlawful registration whereby the states end up as holders in due course of all that we register with them including but not limited to our children, our cars, our houses, and our marriages, i.e. our private non-corporate property.
The constantly rising taxes and fees of the city, county, state and federal entities which demand their unfair share of the ever lowering profits that we earn, rob us of our livelihood and ability to survive and thrive.
The Government has duped the people into becoming a debtor nation with insolvent paper fiat bills.
The Government, against the Law of Nations and International Law, are using every attempt possible to exterminate man through polluting our sky’s with chem-trails; our water with fluoride and other chemicals; our food through GMO, harmful pesticides and fertilizers; and our health by demanding through coercion that we use harmful pharmaceutical drugs instead of nature’s healing remedies.
In attempting to get relief from the oppressive laws that take away our freedom of the right to travel upon the land in a conveyance suitable to road travel, we have been bullied, defrauded, lied to, raped, jailed, and denied justice in the fraudulent municipal and county courts.
We have been denied protection by the very constables, sheriffs and marshals who were supposed to protect us from enemies foreign and domestic as they have now been bought by private foreign corporations who tell them what to do, even if that means breaking the laws and constitutions of the land and unlawfully jailing their own community. Not only that, but they receive such high immunity from any wrongs that they do, we the people are left without recourse for justice.
The Governments’ policies have gone against the very fabric of nature by allowing the mass extermination of unborn babies through abortion for the sake of convenience. And the people are forced to pay for these atrocities with their hard earned money.
The people have been forced to pay taxes involuntarily that which are voluntary by law, but, because of such brutish, deceitful and harsh treatment by wrongful private taxing authorities and her cohorts the people are forced to pay what they do not owe.
While the assembly of Yahuah has always been tax-free by its very nature, the government has defrauded the assemblies into believing they need to become a state church in order to function tax free.
When crimes committed against the people by the judges in city, county, state and Federal courts is brought before higher courts, their laws have made it practically impossible to get any convictions on these judges as they proclaim such high immunity and mutating laws and creating “ex post facto” laws that one is worn out trying to get justice.
Our families are now subjected to laws (policies) contrary to peaceful and congenial relations as the government first teaches our children rebellion and usurpation of the wife over the husband and the children over the mother and father, then splits and dissolves our family ties without regard to unity, the Laws of Nature and Nature’s Elohim and common sense.
Contrary to the Law of Nature and Nature’s Elohim, our children are taught sexual promiscuity in the schools’ sex education programs, movies, television, magazines, and all other forms of media which is supported, encouraged, and protected by our government and then punish and fine the children when they perform those acts as adults. Sex slave trafficking has expanded exponentially due to this government’s training.
The government has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our instruction manual, The Scriptures, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving assent to foreign acts of pretended legislation.
Contrary to the Law of Nations the Government does not give us true deeds to the land we purchase but only Certificates of Title guaranteeing us that there is someone who owns the land but it is not us so we end up paying a holder in due course rent to “own” land.
The government has turned against its people contrary to the Law of Nations by declaring the people to be enemies of the state and waging mixed war against them.
We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our status. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have reminded them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of community. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which announces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, guilty before Yahuah, until in Peace we can be Friends.
We, therefore, the Ambassadors of the Commonwealth of Ysra’el, in General Agreement, Assembled throughout the earth, appealing to the Supreme Judge of Heaven and Earth for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of Yahuah, Yahusha and the good People of the scattered people of Ysra’el and those joined to her, solemnly publish and declare, That we have the right to be a Free and Independent Nation as ordained by Yahuah, that we are Absolved from all Allegiance to our previous nation, and that all political connection between us and the Government of _(see below)_______, is to be totally dissolved; and that as a Free and Independent Nation, we have full Power to conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent Nations may of right do. — And for the support of this Unanimous Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Yahuah, our Master and Creator, we mutually pledge to Yahuah, Yahusha and each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor.
(The signers below and any of those coming into the Commonwealth of Ysra’el in a future date are part of this Declaration of Ysra’el Independence document unless they renounce their Commonwealth of Ysra’el status.)

Where's Our Authority?
Commonwealth of Ysra’el Authority
1. The Commonwealth of Ysra’el is Yahuah's non-commercial, non-corporate nation on the earth established by Yahuah in the Book of the Covenant Law Exodus 19:6,
2. We are Members of the Commonwealth of Ysra’el. Ephesians 2:12, 19.
3. We are the only Nation on earth that has as their King, Yahuah, The Mighty One of Ysra'el. 1 Samuel 8:6-10
4. We expect to be held accountable to the Laws, statutes and judgments given by Covenant on Mt. Sinai. Book of the Covenant Law Deuteronomy 5, Exodus 20
5. No man can obey two nations. Matthew 6:24.
6. A maxim of law: The law cannot demand the impossible. i.e. require that we obey two nations.
7. The Commonwealth of Ysra’el is available to all who Choose Yahuah as King, Yahusha as Messiah and choose to obey their Commands. Matthew 28:18-20.
8. Every nation is obliged to perform the duty of self-preservation, Law of Nations Book 1, Chapter 2, Subsection 16.
