The purpose of the Commonwealth of Ysra’el is:

1. Get ourselves back under Yahuah as our King. 1 Sam 8:6-7 (Submit to Yah, resist the devil and he will flee from you. James 4:7)

2. To obey the command to ‘Come out of her my people.’ Rev. 18:4, Jer. 51:6, 45

3. Let the corporate nations, states, counties, and cities know that we are not one of their commercial corporate members. Numbers 23:9

4. Be a feet-on-the-ground witness of being a set apart, non-corporate, non-commercial lawful nation unto Yahuah. Ephesians 5:25-27

5. To be free of licensing that which is lawful in Yah’s Nation. 1 Cor. 10:23

6. To learn to walk with Yah in His Kingdom by faith courageously. 1 Chron. 28:20

7. To have a community where we can provoke one another on to love and good works. Hebrews 10:24

8. To build the Kingdom of Yahuah so that when Yahusha returns, He can receive His sovereign Nation. Luke 19:15 

The purpose of a Commonwealth of Ysra’el International Permit is to acknowledge you as a citizen of the Biblical ancient nation of the Commonwealth of Ysra’el and that you belong to Yahuah not any of the corporate nations around you. As such you have the right of the highways and byways of the one who owns the land. Since our state of government is ancient and above all others, our government has force over all other governments. Book of the Covenant Law Volume 19, Chapter 47, §7-8 ( Psa. 47:7-8)  For Yahuah is Sovereign of all the earth; ... 8  Yahuah reigns over the nations; Yahuah sits on His set-apart throne.

Anyone who renounces his allegiance to the governments of this world and believes that Yahusha is the Messiah and Yahuah is our King and obeys the commandments of His government and becomes a citizen of the nation, Commonwealth of Ysra’el.  State residents are not eligible. If you are a State resident, you are required to obtain your Driver’s License from the State in which you reside. 

A Commonwealth of Ysra’el Permit can be used anywhere identification is required. It works well as picture identification for cashing checks and postal money orders, or for general business transactions such as obtaining refunds at stores or renting items. State law enforcement agencies may not readily accept a Commonwealth of Ysra’el International Permit because they may not believe that the Commonwealth of Ysra’el is Yah's government upon the earth. You will therefore be given papers describing exactly who you are for them.

The State licenses its residents. Licensing is an exercise of authority by the corporate State to be able to do what is illegal (commercial term) in their state. Our sovereign is Yahusha the Messiah. We have been called out of the world to serve Yahuah through Yahusha. Since our citizenship is in the Commonwealth of Ysra’el, and our sovereign is Yahuah, we must obtain our lawful documents from Yahuah's government, not from the State. It is lawful for us to travel wherever Yah sends us as HE is sovereign over all the earth.

The most important step is to give your allegiance to Yahuah and forsake your allegiance to all other nations. Then start coming out of Babylon. Take care of your State obligations. Pay dues to whom dues are owed (Romans 13:7). If you are in debt, pay off your loans as quickly as possible. Owe no man anything but the continuing debt to love one another (Romans 13:8). If you have long-term loans or mortgages, contact us for your options. If you are burdened with loans, you are a servant to the lender and are still in bondage. If your loans have been transferred to a debt collector, contact us. If you can become free, do so.  After paying off your loans, you will no longer need a corporate job. Ask Yah to lead you to work where you do not need the marks of the beast, such as a social security number and State licenses. You are under Yahuah now and His is your King and provider.  You will also need to withdraw your children from public school and remove the family from any State tax-supported activities. If you wish to partake of public libraries, swimming pools and community colleges, pay nonresident rates.  Not only will you need to separate from State government, you will also need to repent of any areas where you are in disobedience to Yahuah's commands. Study the Torah and ask the Spirit of Yah to show you any areas of your life that are not in conformity to the Word of Yah. Those who continue in the following sins shall not inherit nor walk in the Commonwealth of Ysra’el:  Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of Yah? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of Yah. 1 Corinthians 6:9-10  

No, a Driver’s License is a contract and an obligation or requirement of a State resident. Once you give up residency in a State, you are no longer obligated to carry that State's license. You would now be a citizen of the nation, Commonwealth of Ysra’el, with no obligation to the state.  

As an example, if you change your residency from California to Maine, the California Driver’s License is void as soon as you become a resident of Maine. The State of Maine will probably grant you a grace period of 30 days to comply with their residency requirements.  When you become a citizen of the Commonwealth of Ysra’el, the same thing is true. The Driver’s License  issued by a government of this world is immediately void and your grant of right to travel on the highways and bi-ways in the Commonwealth of Ysra’el is granted by the Word of Yah.

 All citizens of the COY are granted the right upon the highways and bi-ways to preach the gospel of our Master Yahusha the Messiah, whether or not documents are issued.  However, the states may see you as lawless unless you show you are responsible to Yah and His commands (laws) with an COY ID.

When you request a Commonwealth of Ysra’el International Permit and plates, you send your old state Driver’s License (if you still have it) to us. We will cancel it and send it back to the State agency where it was issued.  We will also cancel the State registration of your private automobile and send it back to the State where it originated. Our letter to them states that the vehicle has been registered with the nation, Commonwealth of Ysra’el. Most States change their records to show that the vehicle is now registered under a "foreign jurisdiction." You will keep the Certificate of Title in case you wish to sell the automobile to a non-COY person. 

A COY International Permit is permanent. If you desire a new picture on it, you can re-apply at that time.

None. If an authority wants to know your address, they can look up the ID number on your card or your name at www.commonwealthofysrael.international/id

No. A COY International Permit is only a tool to help us interface with the world. Since the world thinks we are criminals if we travel without an International Permit, we will give them what they want. The COY International Permit does not impose man-made regulations upon us. It is only evidence that we have bound ourselves to Yahuah, Yahusha and abide by HIS covenant laws, statutes and commands.

     Your car must be paid off to come into the Commonwealth of Ysra’el. Then the COY will inform the State of the transfer from your previous state or nation to the Commonwealth of Ysra’el. We inform the state that the vehicle is now registered in the nation of the Commonwealth of Ysra’el, requesting the MSO be returned to us.COY will then give you the MSO (if they return it) and you will be the owner of your private property, whether or not you have the MSO. 

     No, there are no renewal notices or fees. If the vehicle is sold, you will need to notify our Records department so that they may update your records so that authorities may verify what vehicles belong to you on the website.

Not necessarily. The COY plates are similar to State plates. A police officer usually won't notice your car unless he is directly behind you or he is looking for you. We always pray, “Father make us invisible to those we need to be invisible to and visible to those we need to be visible to.” 

State that you are a private flesh and blood man/woman of the nation, Commonwealth of Ysra’el, traveling upon your Father’s highways and byways for His purposes.     

 If they try to claim you are on the highways in the State, remind them that the highways are multi-jurisdictional. If you were using the highways in the State, you would need their permission in the form of a State license. But, since you are using the highways in your Father’s kingdom, you cannot be trespassing upon the State. If they press you, simply say, “I do not consent.” Matt. 16:17-18      

They normally will try to have you acknowledge that you are in their State. You can only be in their state if you are a member of their state corporation. Remember, there is no communion between light and darkness. Stay in the Commonwealth of Ysra’el, regardless of their pressure.  

     Every stop is different, but our experience is that with the few stops we’ve had, we tell them we don’t consent and give them our papers. They may threaten that we must get a state driver’s license and plates but we know that’s not true since we are not a corporate nor commercial member of their state. They have always let us go without citations.

They do not have authority to issue citations because we are not a member of their corporation nor in commerce. We are citizens of another Nation, i.e. The Commonwealth of Ysra’el. The paperwork you give them will inform them of the danger of messing with us unless you have committed a capital crime of which even our Book of the Covenant Law does not allow. Nevertheless, they may try to cite us. When we get pulled over, that is the first court you are speaking in. Trust Yah that He will give you the words to say as promised in Mark 13:11.

Yah says that no weapon formed against you shall prosper so stand on his promises, but do be prepared to suffer some persecution.      We normally do not voluntarily make court appearances. If you are cited, you can send the tickets to us. We will cancel them and send the citations back with a letter. Despite our efforts you could get hauled off to jail. Yah’s will be done so relax and try to discern what He wants you to do. 

     There is always that possibility. New State laws can be passed for every loophole you might find in the corporate structure that allow the police to confiscate vehicles for various reasons (old fahsioned highway robbery). However, according to the Law of Nations, they are not to harass us as Ambassadors of the nation of the Commonwealth of Ysra’el. The following information will be on the Notice of Transfer of Vehicles and Notice of Private Automobile Registration.:

"Please note that according to the Law of Nations, Book VI, Chapter 9, § 119. “Exemption of an ambassador’s carriages: An ambassador’s carriages and equipages are equally privileged with his house, (The house of an ambassador ought to be safe from all outrage, being under the particular protection of the law of nations, and that of the country; to insult it, is a crime both against the state and against all other nations. Law of Nations, Book VI, Chapter 9, §117) and for the same reasons: to insult them is an attack on the ambassador himself, and on the sovereign whom he represents. They are independent of all subordinate authority — of guards, custom-house officers, magistrates and their agents, — and must not be stopped or searched without a superior order." 

It is none of the State's business whether or not we have insurance on our vehicles. They cannot require any nation other than their own, to have insurance. We are not under their supervision.      Car insurance is a requirement for State residents. As citizens of the nation of the Commonwealth of Ysra’el, we are not required to carry insurance. 

However, Yah does require that we be responsible for our actions. If we hurt someone or damage property, we should attempt to make restoration, to the best of our ability.     

In Psalm 91, we have Yah's assurance that He will deliver His own in times of trouble. This is what we use for our insurance. We do issue an insurance card with that on it.
