To enter into the Commonwealth of Ysra’el (COY) and dwell under the Spirit of the law and of its flag, you will need to understand the benefits, responsibilities and consequences of your actions according to Volume 42, Chapter 14, § 28-35 of the Books of the Law (Luke 14:28-35).
The Commonwealth of Ysra’el is a body of living beings whose flesh lives and their blood flows who will acquire protection by obedience to the Founder’s (Yahuah) ways according to Volume 49, Chapter 4, §3 (Ephesians 4:3); Volume 19, Chapter 34, §22 (Psalm 34:22); Chapter 46, §7 (Psalm 46:7); Volume 23, Chapter 54, §14-15,17 (Isaiah 54:14-15, 17) and when there is a problem we follow Volume 40, Chapter 18, §15-19 (Matthew 18:15-19).
By entering into the Commonwealth of Ysra’el you will need to declare its Founder (Yahuah) as your King. You will want to sign a declaration that states that you as a living being obey the Books of the Law by the Spirit of Yah passed down to Ysra’el as your ultimate and final law and if we cannot find remedy in that, we will defer to the Priestly Court of COY.
You will go through a naturalization process whereby you will affirm your intention by the affidavit of two or three witnesses to become part of the Commonwealth of Ysra’el. You shall also affirm by affidavit that you have dwelt and will continue to dwell faithfully in Yahusha in the Spirit by the Books of the Law prior to application to the Commonwealth of Ysra’el. You shall affirm that you will support the Books of the Law and your brothers and sisters in the Commonwealth of Ysra’el.
You will absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty whatever and particularly by name the prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty whereof you were before a citizen or subject. This means that you will need to give up all licenses, passports, social security numbers, and/or benefits of your previous foreign allegiance. You get to trust Yah for his provision for you. You will receive information from COY to carry with you when you travel which can be checked on our website by any authority.
By declaring to be subject to the Spirit of the Books of this Law you are accepting all the rights, benefits and responsibilities set forth in Volume 5, Chapter 6, § 10-19; and Chapter 28, in the Books of the Law (Deuteronomy 6:10-19 & 28). You must have behaved as a man/woman of a good moral character, attached to the principles of the Books of this Law, and well-disposed to the good order and righteousness of the same.
When our status changes, often in scripture the patriarch’s names also changed, so we are following the Scriptural example to change our name to reflect our new status under Yahuah and the Commonwealth of Ysra’el. Consequently, you will be asked to change your name to a Hebrew name, preferably one that Yahuah has already given you but also a Tribal (house) name to indicate what tribe you align yourself as we will be divided into those tribes when Yahusha comes back. Books of the Law, Volume 23 Chapter 44 § 5 (Isaiah 44:5).
Upon confirmation into the Commonwealth of Ysra’el you get to follow Yah according to the Books of the Law Volume 40, Chapter 19, § 29 (Matthew 19:29) ; Volume 42, Chapter 14, §26-27, 33 (Luke 14:26-27, 33); Chapter 21, § 16-18 (Luke 21:16-18).
We are confident that because you have "come out of her my people" and taken refuge under Yahuah via Commonwealth of Ysra'el, you will no longer be subject to harassment from the Nation you left. Yah delivers His people, Volume 40, Chapter 10, § 17-23 (Matthew 10:17-23).
We pray that you have read, understood and accept these benefits, responsibilities and consequences of citizenship in the Commonwealth of Ysra’el.

Book of the Law, Volume 26, Chapter 47, Section 22 (Ezekiel 47:22), “And it shall be that you divide it by lot as an inheritance for yourselves, and for the strangers who sojourn in your midst and who bear children among you. And they shall be to you as native-born among the children of Yisra’ĕl – with you they have an inheritance in the midst of the tribes of Yisra’ĕl1. Footnote: 1Book 23 of the Law, Chapt. 14, Sec. 1 & Chapt. 56, Sec. 6-8 (Isa. 14:1, Isa. 56:6-8), Book 45 of the Law, Chapt. 11, Sec. 17-26 (Rom. 11:17-26), Book 49 of the Law, Chapt. 2, Sec. 19 & Chapt. 3, Sec. 6 (Eph. 2:19, Eph. 3:6), Book 66 of the Law, Chapt. 21, Sec. 12 (Rev. 21:12).
Book of the Law, Volume 26, Chapt. 48, Sec.1-8,16-29, 35 (Ezekiel 48:1-8,16-29,35),
· 1 “And these are the names of the tribes: From the north end along the way to Ḥethlon at the entrance of Ḥamath, to Ḥatsar Ěnan, the border of Damascus northward by the side of Ḥamath, from its east to its west side, Dan: one.
· 2 “And by the border of Dan, from the east side to the west, Ashĕr: one.
· 3 “And by the border of Ashĕr, from the east side to the west, Naphtali: one.
· 4 “And by the border of Naphtali, from the east side to the west, Menashsheh: one.
· 5 “And by the border of Menashsheh, from the east side to the west, Ephrayim: one.
· 6 “And by the border of Ephrayim, from the east side to the west, Re’uḇĕn: one.
· 7 “And by the border of Re’uḇĕn, from the east side to the west, Yehuḏah: one.
· 8 “And by the border of Yehuḏah, from the east side to the west, is the contribution which you offer up, twenty-five thousand cubits in width, and in length the same as one of the portions, from the east side to the west, with the set-apart place in its midst.
· 16 “And these are its measurements: the north side four thousand five hundred cubits, and the south side four thousand five hundred, and the east side four thousand five hundred, and the west side four thousand five hundred.
· 17 “And the open land of the city shall be: to the north two hundred and fifty cubits, and to the south two hundred and fifty, and to the east two hundred and fifty, and to the west two hundred and fifty.
· 18 “And the rest of the length, alongside the contribution of the set-apart portion, is ten thousand cubits to the east and ten thousand to the west. And it shall be alongside the contribution of the set-apart portion, and its increase shall be food for the workers of the city.
· 19 “And the workers of the city, from all the tribes of Yisra’ĕl, shall till it.
· 20 “The entire contribution is twenty-five thousand cubits by twenty-five thousand cubits, foursquare. You are to offer up the set-apart contribution with the possession of the city.
· 21 “And the rest is for the prince, on one side and on the other of the set-apart contribution and of the possession of the city, facing the twenty-five thousand cubitsof the set-apart contribution as far as the eastern border, and westward facing the twenty-five thousand as far as the western border, alongside the portions of the prince. And the set-apart contribution, and the set-apart place of the House shall be in its midst.
· 22 “So the possession of the Lĕwites and the possession of the city are in the midst of what belongs to the prince – between the border of Yehuḏah and the border of Binyamin, it belongs to the prince.
· 23 “As for the rest of the tribes, from the east side to the west side, Binyamin: one.
· 24 “And by the border of Binyamin, from the east side to the west side, Shimʽon: one.
· 25 “And by the border of Shimʽon, from the east side to the west side, Yissasḵar: one.
· 26 “And by the border of Yissasḵar, from the east side to the west side, Zeḇulun: one.
· 27 “And by the border of Zeḇulun, from the east side to the west side, Gaḏ: one.
· 28 “And by the border of Gaḏ, on the south side toward the South, the border shall be from Tamar to the waters of Meriḇah by Qaḏĕsh, along the Wadi to the Great Sea.
· 29 “This is the land which you divide by lot as an inheritance among the tribes of Yisra’ĕl, and these are their portions,” declares the Master יהוה.
· 35 “All around: eighteen thousand cubits. And the name of the city from that day is: יהוה is there1!” Footnote: In Heḇrew: יהוה Shäm! See also 43:7 & 9.
